The first time I went to the temple I was so excited. I was eager to learn the deepest and purest of God’s Truths. For the first hour or so I was baffled by the symbolism, but trusted that I would understand in time. But then we were told we would learn the True Order of Prayer. It couldn’t be clearer that the way God had chosen to be addressed by his Daughters was with their faces covered. The True Order of Prayer included the truth that I was not good enough to see my father. I was not worthy enough to be seen. And from that day on I stopped praying all together.
